Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the kul21 website and services at kul21.net, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all users of the kul21 platform, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing our services via a web browser, mobile app, or any other device. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use kul21's services. This platform is intended solely for adults who are legally eligible to engage in online betting activities under the regulations applicable to them.
Account Creation & Security
To use kul21's services in full, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior warning.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. kul21 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Personal information provided during registration must be your own. kul21 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents such as a national ID or proof of address for internal compliance purposes.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Kul21 users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate games or betting outcomes.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Making false representations about your identity or qualifications.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity.
- Posting offensive or indecent content, or content that infringes the rights of others, through any communication channel on the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage kul21's systems, infrastructure, or services.
Kul21 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the kul21 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, online bank transfers, and available e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the selected payment method and may change from time to time. kul21 reserves the right to hold or delay the processing of any transaction that raises suspicion of fraud, non-compliance with verification procedures, or any other reasonable security concern.
Any bonus, promotional credit, or reward issued by kul21 is subject to the specific terms of use set at the time of issuance. Bonuses cannot be converted to cash unless the minimum wagering requirements have been met as stated in the relevant promotional terms. Funds deposited by users are kept separate from the platform's operational assets to safeguard user funds.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, kul21 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform. kul21's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and accept full responsibility for their own betting decisions.

Kul21 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these terms, failed identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, user request, or compliance with directives from a regulatory body or law enforcement. Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible for any refund of remaining balances, subject to any ongoing investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the kul21 support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once the closure process is complete and all required verification has been carried out.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, logos, software code, and other materials on the kul21 platform are the exclusive property of kul21 or its authorised licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from kul21. Unauthorised use of kul21's brand name, logo, or marketing materials constitutes copyright infringement and may be subject to legal action.
